FormuLens Enterprise Operations (FormuLens Ops) is a cloud-based system of tools for giving businesses direct control over multiple lens designs and manufacturing labs. With FormuLensOps, businesses may configure the LDS (lens design software) options available to a lab or ECP by adding and removing available lens design options, adjusting and renaming those lens design options, and viewing production information and individual job performance. Businesses may add accounts for labs or ECP’s, as well as view and configure the manufacture settings used by each.
FormuLens Ops consists of multiple tools: LabOps, DesignOps, and DataOps, each with several capabilities.
LabOps
In the LabOps menu one can edit options for an existing lab or add a new lab.
For each lab, one can choose designs available to the lab and manufacturing settings used when generating designs through the LDS. Settings may be either made visible to the lab, meaning the lab can edit it with their end-user FormuLab tool, or the settings may be hidden from the lab.
There are also options to change materials available to the lab and default parameters to include in every LDS file provided to the lab.
DesignOps
With designOps, one may customize versions of designs for each lab, including providing a specific LNAM and/or variant on the design.

DataOps
With FormuLens Ops, we provide cloud-based storage of job records for all manufactured jobs within the enterprise. DataOps provides the ability to export and analyze this data.
With DataOps, one can either analyze a pointsfile generated externally, or from the database. For that pointsfile, DataOps provides the ability to simulate powermaps and thicknesses for the final lens.
